DELIVERY POLICY
Our delivery service is available within 3 business days. For delivery service that are not available at checkout, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedule and charges.
Deliveries are scheduled either between 10:00 and 13;00, or between 13:30 and 19:00.
Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated timeframe due to fault of our own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

International delivery is not available.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
During festivals such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, and major festivals, due to a large number of orders, it is not guaranteed to arrive on time. Try to deliver the delivery time selected, and it is recommended to pick it up at the store during the festival.
UNABLE TO CONTACT THE RECIPIENT/ FLOWER SENDER
If the recipient refuses to sign for the receipt of the goods, no one can receive and process it, or is unable to contact the recipient for more than 15 minutes, resulting in the delivery specialist to return the goods to the company, the customer shall bear the cost of round-trip delivery.
